FABRIC International will be hosting a booth at internationale tanzmesse nrw, the world’s largest dance marketplace for contemporary dance. Happening in Düsseldorf, Germany from Wednesday 28 to Saturday 31 August 2024.

We’re delighted to announce we have awarded 12 bursaries to England-based artists and producers. 9 of the bursary holders will join us at the FABRIC International booth. 3 of the bursary holders, Anders Duckworth, Lola Maury (on behalf of Lavaelo) and Yukiko Masui (representing both their own work and the work from company SAY) will be present with The Place, as co-producers of their shows.

In addition to those awarded a bursary, we’ll also be joined by 3 National Portfolio Organisations on our booth: Tom Dale Company, Jasmin Vardimon, Stopgap Dance Company.

This is happening as part of FABRIC International’s showcasing work, and alongside partners The Work Room, Scotland & National Dance Company of Wales. Together we are co-ordinating a UK presence at internationale tanzmesse nrw 2024.
