Join choreographer Daniel Lukehurst for an immersive contact jam workshop.

Together, we’ll explore a range of contact-based exercises that invite trust, openness, and play. After building these foundations, we’ll move into a guided contact jam where you can apply the principles in a supportive, creative, and energising environment. 

This session is open to all, though some prior experience moving with others in a dance context will be beneficial. It’s an ideal workshop for dancers looking to deepen their understanding of contact improvisation and for anyone eager to expand their movement practice through shared exploration.
