In this Breakin’ Foundations masterclass, you’ll be building your foundations to help explore your creativity within breakin’ led by guest artist Munny.

This masterclass will cover elements of; top rock, footwork, transitions and variations, creativity, power and training concepts.

Munny will lead an in-depth session sharing their approach to creativity, using foundations to help you build your own unique individual style. This is a masterclass for those who want to learn, develop, and reconnect with breakin’ as a hip-hop art form.  

Munny has over 10 years experience which has been showcased on some of the biggest breakin’ events both nationally and internationally.

Please note after this masterclass there will be a rockin’ session held outside the building from 6pm onwards. All are welcome.

Who is it for?

For those who have some previous experience working with rhythm and floor work within breakin’ already. Suitable for ages 12 and over however those aged 12 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult within the workshop.

How much does it cost?

It’s pay what you can with a minimum payment of £5. All payments for this masterclass go towards future workshops/masterclasses. A workshop of this length and level normally costs an average price of £20 or more.

What do I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable to move in. A pair of trainers and a hat in case we use our heads on the floor.

Support?

In all Breakin’ Foundation workshops and masterclasses, we always have experienced teaching support in the space to help with any questions and participant needs.
