You will continue to refine core stability, turnout, flexibility, posture, and placement while expanding your movement vocabulary.

Through a more challenging warm-up and barre sequence, you will enhance your alignment and control in preparation for more complex centre work. Each session aims to deepen your understanding of ballet technique, improve overall confidence, and support steady progression in your dancing.
