This November, THIS IS DANCE invites audiences to a week of unforgettable performance with two very different, yet equally captivating, works.

From intimate flamenco moments to a deeply personal exploration of family, this week promises emotion, energy, and curiosity at every turn.

Taranto Aleatorio by María del Mar Suárez, La Chachi

Step into the world of María del Mar Suárez, La Chachi and Taranto Aleatorio. Two women share sunflower seeds and quiet conversation in a park, a doorway, a courtyard… then flamenco explodes into the everyday. Playful, warm, and unexpectedly powerful, this work transforms the mundane into magic.

Wed 26 Nov, 7pm | Patrick Studio, Birmingham Hippodrome

Tickets from £12, under-25s £5, post-show talk included.
