Class programme extended until 31 July
We’re delighted to announce that both our in-studio and online dance class programme have been extended for 5 more weeks beginning on Monday 28 June until Saturday 31 July.
Our Online 60 min classes will be presented via ZOOM. Classes are priced at £6 each
Our In-Studio 60 min classes have limited capacity. These classes can only be booked ONLINE in advance and are subject to a negative Lateral Flow Test. See below for full details. Classes are priced at £7 each
During August our tutors will be having a well-earned break and classes will resume in September.
MONDAY
Ballet Beginners / 6pm / Sebastian Loe
An introduction to the basics of classical ballet, the concepts of core stability, turn-out, flexibility, posture and placement.
Ballet Plus / 7.15pm / Sebastian Loe
An introduction to the basics of classical ballet, the concepts of core stability, turn-out, flexibility, posture and placement.
TUESDAY
Contemporary Beginners / 6pm / Chris Radford
Explore the basics of contemporary dance by improving coordination, strength, body alignment and flexibility.
Contemporary Plus / 7.15pm / Chris Radford
A faster-paced class for those with a basic understanding of the dance style and knowledge of technique wanting to develop their skills.
Dancehall Online / 6.30pm / Marisse Dyer (aka Miss Rose)
Delve into the technique and foundations of Dancehall culture, in addition to short choreos/sequences.
(This class is specifically targeted for women and non-binary folks 18+)
WEDNESDAY

Ballet PLUS Online / 6.45pm / Jenny Murphy
An invigorating class aimed at those with an existing understanding and knowledge of ballet technique, who are wanting to further develop their skills with a more challenging class.
Commercial / 7.15pm / Morgan Scott
Personalised choreography that is full of flare, strong dynamics and attitude. An open-level class for those who want to progress, have fun and be pushed.
THURSDAY
Jazz / 6pm / Karen Kelly
This lively class will give you an aerobic and fun workout, you’ll learn short sequences of choreography designed to develop your strength, stamina and dance ability.
Musical Tap / 7.15pm / Katie Row
The class will focus on musical theatre choreography, improving our tap dance technique.
Contemporary Online / 7pm / Myowa Ogunnaike
Explore the basics of contemporary dance by improving coordination, strength, body alignment and flexibility. A fun class learning the basics, full of positive energy, focus, and fun!
SATURDAY
Contemporary Teens / 11am / 75mins
Students will explore the basic principles of coordination, strength, body alignment and flexibility to begin to build strength and stamina.

IN-STUDIO DX COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES
Our staff members will be there to guide you and answer any questions you may have.
Step 1: Ensure you arrive with evidence (text or email) of a NEGATIVE rapid lateral flow test result. Without this, you will be unable to enter the building so please remember to do this the day of your class. You can order free test kits here: www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests
Step 2: Wearing your mask, you will enter the building using the main staircase and have a temperature check on Level 5 reception.
Step 3: You will then enter the studio and use your designated box marked out in 2m spaces on the studio floor, you can remove your mask here if you would like to. Please remember our changing/shower facilities are not open at this time so do come to class changed and ready to go!
Step 4: At the end of your class, you will head out through the closest fire exit adhering to our one-way system wearing your mask.
