About his classes

Pauls classes are greatly influenced by the Limon fundamentals of swings, fall and recover, and the use of gravity and weight in movement. During the classes, the dancers will investigate these elements to create dynamic and expressive movements, and explore combinations of Pauls own distinctive and lyrical style. The classes will also emphasise the use of breath, musicality and an expansion use of space – all of which are essential qualities of the classes.

Paul thoroughly enjoys working with dancers of all ages and ability in a supportive environment. He wants nothing more than to see everyone he works with to grow as dancers, artists, and human beings.
