Join experienced practitioners selected by Tom Dale Company and Fabric to explore some of the techniques that underpin Contact Improvisation in a relaxed, fun and nurturing environment.   

You will focus on building trust and a heightened awareness, listening and responding in the moment. This will be an opportunity to find new connections, both in the body and with others as we fall into motion, momentum and flow, leading into a jam.  

While the session is open to everyone; prior experience of moving with others in a dance setting would be helpful. This is a perfect session if you dance already and for those wanting to deepen their contact improvision practice.
