Residency: A2G (working title)

A2G (working title) is a new dance and visual theatre piece exploring wellness culture, bodily transformation and the politics of self-improvement. Influenced by contemporary body culture, pop aesthetics and The Seven Necessary Sins for Women and Girls by Mona Eltahawy, the research treats ambition, anger and pleasure as generative forces. After an initial R&D and scratch performance as part of TalentLAB in Theatre de la Ville, Luxembourg, this phase with Fabric dives deeper into the research. Working with 4 collaborators, we will explore and experiment with new physicalities, scenography ideas, and possibilities of bringing in communities to this world.
