Reflections showcases the exciting new work of inclusive dance groups from across the Midlands.

Reflections will bring community groups and companies together to perform on a professional stage to celebrate the power and joy of dance.

Celebrating the talents of disabled and non-disabled dancers, this is the first event of its kind in Walsall. Spanning a full day, this celebration of dance will feature a variety of performances from dance groups managed and supported by Black Country Dance Hub, Dancefest and Shropshire Inclusive Dance among other dance groups doing incredible work in the region.

These groups include:

• Darwin Dancers (SiD)
• Connection Dance (BCDH)
• Funky Kids (BCDH)
• Jigsaw Dance / Stopgap residency (Dancefest)
• Evolve & Aspire (BCDH)

The celebration event will include a professional performance of Here There Everywhere by Shropshire Inclusive Dance. Performed by an inclusive cast of 5 performers, Here There Everywhere  is an energetic, playful piece about power, love, escape and freedom, choreographed by Siobhan Hayes.

To be accessible for performers and audiences alike, the day and all performances have a relaxed structure and feel. The event is a celebration of all things dance and each and every dancer and, will be a supportive, fun and an uplifting experience for everyone there.

The show will include BSL interpretation, as well as incorporated Makaton by the show host.
