Rediscover the joy of movement with this low-impact, uplifting Pilates class designed to improve balance, posture, and everyday mobility led by Sarah Pritchard. With a blend of seated and standing exercises, you’ll build core strength, coordination, and confidence — while enjoying a little moment of calm in a busy world.

Pilates supports the whole you: better breathing, reduced tension, and a stronger mind–body connection.

Suitable for all — no previous Pilates experience needed.
Please wear bare feet or gripper socks for safe movement.
