Transition + Transit is curated by Dwayne Church-Simms. A collection of works that explore movement, change, the stories we share and the objects that define our past, present, and future. Part of Transform.

Taking place in various venues across Nottingham from Thursday 30 May till Saturday 22 June.

What is it about our differences that brings us together?

Each of us navigate different spaces, lives and experiences but what are the pieces we leave behind and how do they transition across time?

Transition + Transit is a collection of enriching experiences delivered by six different artists in 12 different moments. Find familiar experiences told in an unfamiliar way. Become immersed in a moment that speaks to you for the first time, in a place you may have visited many times.

Navigate through different places and spaces across our city. The collections stretch across dance, digital installation, crafts, letters of legacy and you might even come across some callaloo.

You can engage or observe as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing.

Be part of something beyond yourself. Connect with someone. Watch, experience and learn.
