Location: Nottingham
Venue: iC4C

Reece and Lewis will propose and play with ideas for improvising alone and in contact. Communicate basic principles and safe practices for meeting another body in contact and potentially offering or receiving some body weight.

A number of creative tasks will be explored. You will explore different requirements and approaches to moving in contact, how they can can co-exist, enhance sensitivity, and provide new ways of thinking about physicality and relating to others through dance.

The content and pace of the session will be adapted to suit those in attendance. Time will be taken before and after each activity to discuss any concerns, potential adaptations, and experiences.
