Calling all young dance enthusiasts aged 11-16, and up to 23 for D/deaf or disabled individuals! You are invited to our Centre for Advanced Training Open Day in Nottingham.

Join us at our Nottingham studios for an opportunity to learn more about our East Midlands contemporary strand.

The open day includes a chance to observe our current Centre for Advanced Training students in action during classes. Immerse yourself in a hands-on practical workshop, and engage in an interactive Q&A session.

Don’t miss out on this exciting event—it’s your chance to explore, create, and connect with our East Midlands CAT Team and other young people who love to dance!


FABRIC’s Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) is funded by the Department of Education Music and Dance Scheme designed to assist those interested in dance practices regardless of their personal circumstance, and share world-class specialist training as part of a broad and balanced education.

Applications to join the East Midlands contemporary strand are open to young people aged 11 to 16 and up to 23 for D/deaf or disabled individuals from the East Midlands.

iC4C is the international Centre for Chroegraphy, based in Nottingham and is one of the sites for FABRIC. iC4C hosts 3 accessible studios with spring floors. Limited parking is available outside iC4C with public transport links via NCTX buses. iC4C is an accessible building, if you require any more information regarding our accessibility please call 0115 924 2016.
