About her classes

Lesya’s classes explore diverse textures within the body, starting with the integration of imagery, sensation, and improvisation. She likes to explore different energetic qualities within explorative play to generate movement.

Her classes ease into a more structured setting; exploring floor work, travelling sequences and choreographic phrases, whilst still keeping a sense of freedom within set movement.

Emphasising the joy found in dance, Lesya ensures her classes are inclusive and uplifting whilst still challenging, exploring new ways to move and feel in the body.

Lesya is a tutor for EMDAN Open Contemporary at iC4C in Nottingham.
