This FREE online course is an in-depth exploration of key business planning skills that can support you to create or strengthen your international strategy.

Suitable for artists and companies working in dance and theatre with around 3 years of professional experience and a desire to work internationally. The course is split into 4 sessions (delivered over 4 weeks) which are:

  • Introduction and Determining Where You Are Now. Presented by Hannah Slimmon (Farnham Maltings) and Jim Hendley (FABRIC)
  • Defining Vision, Values, Purpose and Ambitions/Goals. Presented by Mairead O’Rourke
  • Building Financial Resilience & Q&A. Presented by Becki Haines
  • Budgeting and Cashflow Planning. Presented by Remi Harris
