Our Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) is a dedicated part-time training programme, created to nurture and support talented young people aged 11-18 years.
The scheme helps identify and assist aspiring young dancers, regardless of their personal circumstances, to benefit from world-class training opportunities preparing them for potential careers in dance.
We host two National Centres for Advanced Training (CAT) in dance in the East and West Midlands.
The National Dance CATs are supported through the Department for Education’s Music and Dance Scheme. Each CAT operates from a host organisation that is recognised for their excellence and commitment to the arts.
