Please share your thoughts on FABRIC’s Birmingham Festival 23 takeover day, Sunday 30 July.
We’d like to better understand how our event at Birmingham Festival 23 was for you. Sharing your experience with us helps us to better shape our future outdoor events in and across the city with you in mind.
The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete and includes questions about you, and what you experienced on the day. There is an option to not answer some questions if you’d prefer not to.
And finally, as a thank you from us, after completing the survey please submit your email and postcode in the simple form below if you would like to enter our PRIZE DRAW to win £100 worth of theatre tokens.

T&Cs Prize draw terms and conditions
- One entry per survey respondent.
- Entrants must be UK residents. Please provide your postcode which will be checked with the survey submissions to confirm eligibility to enter the prize draw.
- Entrants cannot be employees of FABRIC or related to members of FABRIC staff.
- The winner will receive a single prize of £100 of UK Theatre Tokens.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable.
- The prize draw closes on Tuesday 15 August and will be issued by FABRIC.
- The winner will be notified within 7 days of the prize draw. If the winner fails to respond within 14 days of notification the prize draw will be re-run.
