Showcase

The 2023 Horizon Showcase takes place 21 – 27 August at the Edinburgh festivals across a range of traditional and non-traditional venues in Edinburgh with art forms including theatre, dance, live art, and a number of durational experiences.

The artists and companies confirmed for the 2023 showcase are:

Action Hero & Deborah Pearson, Brook Tate, BULLYACHE, Demi Nandhra, Figs in Wigs, The Javaad Alipoor Company, Haranczak/Navarre Performance Projects, Rachel Mars, Raquel Meseguer Zafe, and Ray Young.

Residencies

Choreographer and dance artist Gareth Chambers will be the first Horizon artist at FABRIC for 2023 with a residency for two weeks from 16 – 27 January.  Later in the year, FABRIC will be hosting Takeshi Matsumoto.
