Join Daniel Lukehurst Creations for contact jam workshops.

We will explore various contact exercises and practices looking at trust, openness and play before moving onto a contact jam for us to apply these approaches in a fun and open environment.

While the session is open to everyone; prior experience of moving with others in a dance setting would be helpful. This is a perfect session if you dance already and for those wanting to deepen their contact improvisation practice.

Note: Monday 14 July class will be in Dance Hub Birmingham
