This 3 hour workshop is an introduction to Contact Improvisation, a partner dance form that explores shared weight, momentum and different points of contact. It helps to build a sensitive and responsive physical awareness.

This session will be an opportunity to learn new skills in a relaxed setting and put those skills into practice with a mini ‘jam’ at the end. Breaks will be included.

Suitable for those new to contact improvisation and those looking to refresh their skills.
